CÉDRIC RACINE | GENERAL MANAGER
Cedric Racine spent six years as a ProConcept ERP consultant, helping customers with projects in the areas of finance, wages and logistics. When Cedric took on an internal project to develop the SolvAxis service delivery methodology, his position grew to include the management of more than 60 consultants across Switzerland and France. In 2014, Cedric joined the SolvAxis leadership team, and took on the additional responsibility of customer support.
Cédric Racine was appointed as new General Manager of SolvAxis, he will start in this new function by Semptember 1st, 2017..
ALESSANDRO GUIDO | DIRECTOR, FINANCE
Alessandro Guido began his career in 2001 at Unisys Schweiz AG in Bern as a consultant. He joined SolvAxis in 2005 as a financial consultant. After spending five years consulting SMEs in Switzerland and abroad, Guido took on the post of Financial Controller for SolvAxis, responsible for group consolidation and reporting.
In May of 2014, Alessandro was promoted to Finance Director, responsible for the finance and administration department.
Alessandro studied at Economist HES. He holds a degree in finance and controlling.
BIBIANA MERAZZI | DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
After obtaining a Swiss federal diploma in Personnel Management and accompanied by over 10 years experience in Human Resources, Bibiana Merazzi was the Administrative Departments Manager of a well known watchmaking company for 8 years.
Hired in August of 2014 as Head of Human Resources for the different sites in Switzerland and France, Bibiana became part of the Board of Directors the following year.
PHILIPPE GENRE | DIRECTOR SALES
Philippe Genre joined SolvAxis in 2016 as Sales Manager responsible for teams in Switzerland and France. He previously held various management positions at IT companies in the western part of Switzerland, including positions as Sales and Consulting Manager.
Philippe has a Bachelor in Management Science from the University of Geneva, he worked for over 15 years in the civil aviation sector. He served as the Operation Manager within the Swissair Group and its subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad.
LUKAS HOFER | DIRECTOR MARKETING
Since June 2016 Lukas Hofer has been responsible for marketing and communication at SolvAxis. He previously worked in the software and cloud service industry, and was responsible as Marketing Director for the business expansion into Switzerland and internationally.
Lukas Hofer completed his professional education as a Marketing Manager with federal diploma. In his business career of over 30 years, he has gained experience in various industries from IT distribution, software, cloud services, tourism to the automotive industry.
ALEXANDRE CRETTOL | DIRECTOR SERVICES
After studying business informatics at HEC Lausanne, Alexandre Crettol worked for several software developers and system integrators in Switzerland and Australia as a consultant, project manager and product manager for 10 years.
After his return to Switzerland, he joined SolvAxis as a business consultant in the field of logistics production. In this function, he was involved in dozens of implementations of the business software ProConcept ERP. From 2007, he led a consulting team in the logistics production sector to take over the management of this division in 2011. Since 2017 he is Director Services.
